sec.254 Compliance with rail safety undertaking
A person must not contravene a rail safety undertaking made by that person that is in effect. Maximum penalty: in the case of an individual—$10 000; in the case of a body corporate—$50 000.
- (a) in the case of an individual—$10 000;
- (b) in the case of a body corporate—$50 000.
