sec.214 Penalty for breach of condition or restriction
A rail transport operator who has been granted an exemption under this Division must not contravene a condition or restriction of the exemption applying under this Division. Maximum penalty: in the case of an individual—$20 000; in the case of a body corporate—$100 000.
- (a) in the case of an individual—$20 000;
- (b) in the case of a body corporate—$100 000.
