sec.181 Compliance with prohibition notice
The person to whom a direction is given under this Division or a prohibition notice is issued must comply with the direction or notice. Maximum penalty: in the case of an individual—$150 000; in the case of a body corporate—$1 500 000.
- (a) in the case of an individual—$150 000;
- (b) in the case of a body corporate—$1 500 000.
