sec.177 Compliance with improvement notice
The person to whom an improvement notice is issued must comply with the notice within the period specified in the notice. Maximum penalty: in the case of an individual—$50 000; in the case of a body corporate—$500 000.
- (a) in the case of an individual—$50 000;
- (b) in the case of a body corporate—$500 000.
