sec.171 Directions may be given under more than 1 provision
A rail safety officer may, on the same occasion, give directions under 1 or more provisions of this Law. Without limiting subsection (1) , a rail safety officer may, in the course of exercising powers under a provision of this Law, give— further directions under the provision; or directions under 1 or more other provisions of this Law, or both. (sec.171-ssec.1) A rail safety officer may, on the same occasion, give directions under 1 or more provisions of this Law. (sec.171-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a rail safety officer may, in the course of exercising powers under a provision of this Law, give— further directions under the provision; or directions under 1 or more other provisions of this Law, or both.
- (a) further directions under the provision; or
- (b) directions under 1 or more other provisions of this Law,
