sec.164 Access to seized thing
Until a seized thing is forfeited or returned under this Part, a rail safety officer must allow its owner to inspect it and, if it is a document, to copy it. Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or it would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
