sec.152 Copy of warrant to be given to person with control or management of place
If the person who has or appears to have control or management of a place is present at the place when a search warrant is being executed, the rail safety officer must— identify himself or herself to that person by producing his or her identity card for inspection; and give that person a copy of the warrant.
