sec.128A Offence to hinder or obstruct authorised person
A person must not intentionally hinder or obstruct an authorised person in exercising powers under this Division, or induce or attempt to induce any other person to do so. Maximum penalty: $10 000. s 128A ins 2019 No. 4 (SA) s 10
