sec.12 Establishment
The Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator ( ONRSR ) is established. ONRSR— is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and has a common seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. ONRSR represents the Crown. (sec.12-ssec.1) The Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator ( ONRSR ) is established.
