sch.2-sec.5 References to particular Acts and to enactments
In this Law— an Act of this jurisdiction may be cited— by its short title; or by reference to the year in which it was passed and its number; and a Commonwealth Act may be cited— by its short title; or in another way sufficient in a Commonwealth Act for the citation of such an Act, together with a reference to the Commonwealth; and an Act of another jurisdiction may be cited— by its short title; or in another way sufficient in an Act of the jurisdiction for the citation of such an Act, together with a reference to the jurisdiction.
- (a) an Act of this jurisdiction may be cited— (i) by its short title; or (ii) by reference to the year in which it was passed and its number; and
- (i) by its short title; or
- (ii) by reference to the year in which it was passed and its number; and
- (b) a Commonwealth Act may be cited— (i) by its short title; or (ii) in another way sufficient in a Commonwealth Act for the citation of such an Act, together with a reference to the Commonwealth; and
- (i) by its short title; or
- (ii) in another way sufficient in a Commonwealth Act for the citation of such an Act,
- (c) an Act of another jurisdiction may be cited— (i) by its short title; or (ii) in another way sufficient in an Act of the jurisdiction for the citation of such an Act, together with a reference to the jurisdiction.
- (i) by its short title; or
- (ii) in another way sufficient in an Act of the jurisdiction for the citation of such an Act,
- (i) by its short title; or
- (ii) by reference to the year in which it was passed and its number; and
- (i) by its short title; or
- (ii) in another way sufficient in a Commonwealth Act for the citation of such an Act,
- (i) by its short title; or
- (ii) in another way sufficient in an Act of the jurisdiction for the citation of such an Act,
