sch.2-sec.33 Repealed provisions not revived
If a provision of this Law is repealed or amended by a South Australian Act, or a provision of a South Australian Act, the provision is not revived merely because the South Australian Act or the provision of the South Australian Act— is later repealed or amended; or later expires.
- (a) is later repealed or amended; or
- (b) later expires.
