(1) The Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) is established.
(2) ONRSR—
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) has a common seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3) ONRSR represents the Crown.
