168 Safety interface agreements—railway operations
A safety interface agreement entered into by a transitioning rail transport operator pursuant to section 34B of the Local Operations Act that is in effect immediately before the commencement day is taken, on that day, to be an interface agreement entered into by them pursuant to section 106 of the Law.
