Insert after section 150(6)—
(6A) In this section—
authorised officer has the same meaning as in the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002.

This subsection is an additional New South Wales provision and the references in this section to an “authorised officer” only apply in New South Wales.
