67F Tram infrastructure

(1) Despite anything to the contrary in any other Act or law, the Secretary on behalf of the Crown or the Head, Transport for Victoria may use tram infrastructure that is operated or maintained by the Secretary on behalf of the Crown or the Head, Transport for Victoria.
(2) Nothing in this section is to be taken as limiting any other power of—
(a) the Secretary, including the Secretary's powers under section 34(2A) of the Transport Integration Act 2010; or
