Tasmania regulation
This Order names itself the Rail Infrastructure (Western Line) Order 2020, takes effect on 20 November 2020, and records that the amendment it makes has been incorporated into the authorised text of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007. It is administered by the Department of State Growth (ss 1–4). Mechanically it is a formal, administrative instrument: it does not itself set operational rules or fees, but may alter regulatory effect for parties governed by the Principal Act to the extent the incorporated amendment does (s3–s4).
