This short order, effective 17 December 2021 (cl 2), records an amendment to the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 by incorporating that amendment into the authorised version of the Act (cl 4) and identifies the Act as the Principal Act (cl 3). It applies to persons and activities governed by the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007; to know the substantive legal changes you must consult the authorised (consolidated) version of the Principal Act. The Department of State Growth administers the order.
