7 Constitution of Company
(1) The constitution of the Company is to include the principal objectives of the Company.
(2) The provisions of the constitution of the Company are to be consistent with this Act.
(3) [Section 7 Subsection (3) inserted by No. 18 of 2025, s. 51, Applied:01 Jan 2026] As soon as practicable after the commencement of this subsection, the Company is to amend its constitution to include provisions to the effect of the provisions specified in Schedule 2 .
