### 32 Long service leave for certain employees > If immediately before the transfer day a transferred employee was an employee within the meaning of the [Long Service Leave (State Employees) Act 1994](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1994-013) , the transferred employee continues to be such an employee while employed by the Company or a subsidiary of the Company and, for that purpose, the Company or subsidiary is taken to be a prescribed authority within the meaning of that Act.
