### 22 Accounts and report of Company > > (1)  The Board is to provide the members with a copy of each of the following documents: > > > > > > (a) the constitution of the Company, the constitution of each of the Company's subsidiaries and any amendments to any of those constitutions; > > > > > > > (b) the annual financial report, directors' report and auditor's report for the Company. > > > (2)  The Minister is to cause to be laid before each House of Parliament each copy provided to him or her under [subsection (1)](#GS22@Gs1@EN) within 7 sitting-days after receiving it.
