20D Duty to notify members of compliance with directions

[Section 20D Inserted by No. 18 of 2025, s. 53, Applied:01 Jan 2026] If the Board or a subsidiary board is given a direction under section 20A in respect of the Company or its subsidiary, the relevant board must notify the members, in writing, of the progress of the Company, or subsidiary, in complying with the direction –

(a) at the intervals specified in the direction; and

(b) when, in the opinion of the relevant board, the Company or subsidiary has complied with the direction in full.
