42 Application of Part 10
(1) This Part applies to an area-wide licence that authorises the operation of a radiocommunications transmitter in any of the following frequency bands: (a) the 3.4 GHz to 4 GHz band; (b) the wider 26 GHz and 28 GHz bands. (2) A licence to which this Part applies is a Part 10 licence.
