26 Trading in spectrum licences
(1) A licensee may assign, or otherwise deal with, the whole or any part of a spectrum licence, provided it does so in accordance with Division 5 of Part 3.2 of the Act. (2) The ACMA has made rules under section 88 of the Act to regulate trading in spectrum licences. Section 85 of the Act requires assignments of the whole or part of any spectrum licence to comply with these rules.
