15 Issue of licences
(1) Subject to the Act, the allocation determination and other relevant law, and subject to subsection (2), the ACMA will issue a spectrum licence to the person to whom it is allocated as soon as practicable after the person pays to the ACMA, on behalf of the Commonwealth, whichever of the following is relevant: (a) the balance of the pre-determined price; (b) the balance of the winning price. (2) Subject to the Act, the allocation determination and other relevant law, if a spectrum licence is allocated to a person under clause 10 of Schedule 4 to the allocation determination, the ACMA will issue a spectrum licence to the person as soon as practicable.
