13 Taking part in the auction
(1) The ACMA will make available an applicant information package that contains more details about application requirements and the auction process in accordance with the allocation determination. Details of what must be in the applicant information package are in subsection 28(1) of the allocation determination. (2) Details of how to apply to take part in the auction are set out in Part 4 of the allocation determination.
