5 Interpretation
(1) In this instrument, a frequency band described using two frequencies starts immediately above the lower frequency and ends at the higher frequency. (2) Latitude and longitude coordinates are given with reference to the Geocentric Datum of Australia 1994, gazetted in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette No. GN35 on 6 September 1995, as existing on that date.
