7 Condition – identification
A person must not operate an outpost station to transmit a signal unless the person transmits a form of identification that clearly identifies the station or the person: (a) at the beginning of each transmission, or of each series of transmissions; and (b) at the end of each transmission, or of each series of transmissions.
