45 Additional limitations for table item 10
(1) A radiocommunications transmitter must only be operated indoors. (2) The power spectral density of a radiocommunications transmitter must not be greater than: (a) 10 mW EIRP per 1 MHz, if the transmitter has a bandwidth of 1 MHz or greater; or (b) 40 µW per 4 kHz, if the transmitter has a bandwidth less than 1 MHz.
