19 Maximum EIRP and additional limitations for table item 6

(1) A radiocommunications transmitter must comply with the requirements in EN 303 203. (2) Without limiting subclause (1), a radiocommunications transmitter must not be operated if its EIRP is greater than the EIRP specified for the transmitter in EN 303 203.
