28 Condition – continuous operation
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a person must only operate a CB repeater station such that it is always able to re-transmit communications received from a CB station operated in accordance with: (a) the Radiocommunications (Citizen Band Radio Stations) Class Licence 2025; or (b) if a later instrument replaces that class licence – the later instrument. (2) A person must not operate a CB repeater station if: (a) there is a malfunction in the station; or (b) its operation causes harmful interference.
