20 Condition – maximum EIRP

A person must not operate a land mobile system station (other than a remote control station) with a power: (a) if the station is operated inside premises or a restricted area specified in the licence, and paragraph (b) does not apply – greater than 8.3 W EIRP; or (b) if the station is operated inside premises or a restricted area specified in the licence, in association with the operation of a crane – greater than 1 W pY; or (c) on a medium frequency or high frequency – greater than 100 W EIRP; or (d) otherwise – greater than 41 W EIRP.

Note: Stations authorised to operate indoors or in a restricted area are generally not authorised to operate on a medium frequency or a high frequency.
