Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This document contains only the endnotes and abbreviation key for the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Fixed Licence) Determination 2015. Think of it as the "DVD extras" of the legislation — it explains how to read the amendment history (what "ad" or "rs" means in the margins) and how the compilation was put together, but it doesn't contain the actual licence conditions.

To understand what fixed licence holders must actually do — like power limits, frequency restrictions, or site-sharing rules — you'd need the substantive provisions (Parts 1–4 and the Schedules) that precede these endnotes.
