16 Testing
(1) This section applies if a device is to be tested for conformity with an applicable standard for compliance level 3. (2) A test under this section must be carried out by an accredited testing body. (3) The accredited testing body that tests a device must give a test report to the supplier of the device setting out: (a) the tests it has used; and (b) the results of those tests, including test data; and (c) whether the results of the tests show that the device conforms with the standard, within the meaning of section 17.
