The AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA AUTHORITY makes this Determination under section 106 of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

1 Name of Instrument

  This instrument is the Radiocommunications (Datacasting Transmitter Licence Allocation) Revocation Determination 2012.

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Revocation

  The Radiocommunications (Datacasting Transmitter Licence Allocation) Determination 2001 is revoked.
