9 Charges relating to the ACA’s costs
(1) Subject to subsection 11 (12) and sections 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, for the purposes of section 53 of the ACA Act, the charge mentioned in column 3 of an item in Schedule 2 is the charge fixed for:
(a) provision of a service, facility or matter mentioned in column 2 of the item; or
(b) the service, facility or matter mentioned in column 2 of the item, in relation to which expenses are incurred or to be incurred by the ACA;
