10 Approval of forms and documents
The ACMA must, in writing, approve the following documents:
(a) an application form for paragraph 11(2)(a);
(b) a Deed of Acknowledgment for paragraph 11(2)(b);
(c) a Nomination of Agent Form for subsection 15(1).
Part 3—Registering for an allocation
