#### 99 Applications for apparatus licences (1) A person may apply to the ACMA for an apparatus licence. (1A) The application must be made in a manner approved, in writing, by the ACMA. (2) The application must be in a form approved, in writing, by the ACMA. (3) The ACMA may approve different forms for different applications. (4) An instrument under subsection (1A) is a notifiable instrument.
