98D Foundation category 2 digital radio multiplex transmitter licence
(1) Subject to this section, the ACMA may, by writing, declare that a specified category 2 digital radio multiplex transmitter licence proposed to be issued is a foundation category 2 digital radio multiplex transmitter licence for the purposes of this Act. (2) If such a category 2 digital radio multiplex transmitter licence is issued, the licence is a foundation category 2 digital radio multiplex transmitter licence for the purposes of this Act. (3) A declaration under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument. (4) A copy of a declaration under subsection (1) is to be made available on the ACMA’s website.
