#### 91 ACMA may resume spectrum licences compulsorily (1) Subject to subsection (2), the ACMA may resume a spectrum licence, or a part of a spectrum licence. (2) The ACMA must not resume the licence unless: (a) the Minister has given his or her written approval for the resumption; and (b) the ACMA has followed the resumption procedures set out in Part 1 of the Schedule.
