#### 78 Notice of spectrum licences that are about to expire The ACMA must, from time to time, publish on its website a notice that: (a) states where information may be obtained about: (i) the spectrum licences that will expire during a period specified in the notice; and (ii) the parts of the spectrum to which they relate; and (b) invites expressions of interest from persons who wish to have issued to them spectrum licences relating to those parts of the spectrum.
