#### 300C Transitional—retention of records of the supply of radiocommunications devices If: (a) a person supplied a radiocommunications device during the 2‑year period ending at the commencement of this section; and (b) the person was required by repealed section 301 to cause particulars relating to the supply of the device to be recorded in a document; the person must retain the document for at least 2 years after the supply. Civil penalty: 20 penalty units.
