#### 265 Procedure for withdrawing accreditation (1) Before withdrawing a person’s accreditation, the ACMA must give the person written notice: (a) stating that the ACMA is considering withdrawing the accreditation; and (b) inviting the person to make representations to the ACMA about the matter on or before the day specified in the notice. (2) The day specified under paragraph (1)(b) must be at least 14 days after the day on which the notice is given. (3) The ACMA must give due consideration to any representations made by or on behalf of the person on or before that day.
