#### 263 ACMA may accredit persons (1) The ACMA may, by written notice, give a person an accreditation of a particular kind. (2) An accreditation is to be given in accordance with the accreditation rules. (3) An accreditation comes into force on the day specified in the notice of accreditation. > Note: A decision to refuse to give an accreditation is reviewable under Part 5.6.
