263 ACMA may accredit persons

(1) The ACMA may, by written notice, give a person an accreditation of a particular kind. (2) An accreditation is to be given in accordance with the accreditation rules. (3) An accreditation comes into force on the day specified in the notice of accreditation.

Note: A decision to refuse to give an accreditation is reviewable under Part 5.6.
