#### 199 Transmission likely to cause explosion
(1) A person must not use a transmitter in a manner that the person knows is likely to cause an explosion.
Penalty:
(a) if the offender is an individual—imprisonment for 5 years; or
(b) otherwise—5,000 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
