#### 194 Interference likely to endanger safety or cause loss or damage Subject to section 196, a person must not do any act or thing that the person knows is likely to: (a) interfere substantially with radiocommunications; or (b) otherwise substantially disrupt or disturb radiocommunications; if the interference, disruption or disturbance is likely to endanger the safety of another person or to cause another person to suffer or incur substantial loss or damage. Penalty: (a) if the offender is an individual—imprisonment for 5 years; or (b) otherwise—5,000 penalty units.
