#### 19 Operation of this Division (1) This Division: (a) only applies in relation to anything to which this Act extends under Division 2; and (b) has effect subject to Division 4. (2) Subsections 20(1) and (2) and sections 21 and 22 each have effect without prejudice to the effect that this Act has apart from that subsection or section.
