153DAffected apparatus licences and licensees

#### 153D Affected apparatus licences and licensees (1) For the purposes of this Part, an apparatus licence is affected by a spectrum re‑allocation declaration if the licence authorises the operation of radiocommunications devices: (a) at frequencies that are wholly or partly within the part or parts of the spectrum specified in the declaration; and (b) within the area or areas specified in the declaration with respect to that part or those parts. (2) In this Part: > affected apparatus licensee means the licensee of an affected apparatus licence.
