#### 126 Suspending apparatus licences (1) The ACMA may, by written notice given to the licensee, suspend the apparatus licence. > Note: Suspensions of apparatus licences are reviewable under Part 5.6. (2) The notice must give the reasons for suspending the licence. (3) The ACMA may, at any time, by written notice given to the licensee, revoke the suspension of the licence.
