125Application of this Subdivision

#### 125 Application of this Subdivision (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Subdivision applies to an apparatus licence if the ACMA is satisfied that the licensee, or a person authorised by the licensee to operate a radiocommunications device under the licence, has: (a) contravened a condition of the licence, or in any other way contravened this Act; or (b) operated a radiocommunications device under the licence, or purportedly under the licence: (i) in contravention of any other law (whether written or unwritten) of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; or (ii) in the course of contravening such a law. (2) This Subdivision does not apply to transmitter licences issued under section 101A or 102.
