#### 118QI Arbitration—acquisition of property (1) This section applies to a provision of this Division that authorises the conduct of an arbitration (whether by the ACCC or another person). (2) The provision has no effect to the extent (if any) to which it purports to authorise the acquisition of property if that acquisition: (a) is otherwise than on just terms; and (b) would be invalid because of paragraph 51(xxxi) of the Constitution. (3) In this section: > acquisition of property has the same meaning as in paragraph 51(xxxi) of the Constitution. > just terms has the same meaning as in paragraph 51(xxxi) of the Constitution.
